Uinta Rustics Return Policy
Handcrafted Quality, Straightforward Service
Because every piece we make is custom-built to order, returns are handled a little differently than big-box stores.
Made-to-Order Furniture & Timber Products
All of our products are handcrafted to your specifications — including size, style, and finish. As such, we do not accept returns on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or there was a clear mistake on our end.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives with shipping damage, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll need clear photos of the packaging and the damage. From there, we’ll either repair, replace, or refund the affected item — depending on the situation.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, materials and labor may already be in motion, and cancellations will be subject to a 25% fee to cover those costs.
Shipping & Setup Fees
Shipping, delivery, and setup fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped or been delivered. If a return or replacement is approved, shipping costs for returning items may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
